For our replicas jerseys, logos are able to be modified. Indicate which logos you would like modified/swapped. You can change the Storm Bolt to the original Storm Products logo as well as the pro shop logo if we have yours on file or provided to us in an email to orders@coolwick.com.
As for the name, our replica jerseys have that option on all listings. Since this jersey does not contain the athlete's signature on the jersey, there will be nothing added to the sleeve.
